1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers may return products within 14 calendar days from delivery.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
Products must be:
Unused
In original condition
With original packaging
Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
3. RETURN COST
Total return fee: €15
Includes:
€10 courier transportation
€5 handling & restocking
This amount will be deducted from the refund.
4. ORIGINAL SHIPPING
Original shipping fee: €5.50 (non-refundable)
5. REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
